From a more technical perspective, we can deploy our solutions on-premises or to the cloud. Cloud solutions minimize the impact on your already taxed IT resources and allow us to leverage service providers to maximize uptime, while minimizing upfront capital expenditures. Cloud solutions also minimize risk of exposure to your critical internal infrastructure. All of our solutions are completely transparent and include source code which are compiled at run-time or through standard third-party tools. Source is managed as a Git repository allowing for complete traceability on each change. This also enables your internal resources to use changelogs to audit the source code or as a training tool.
We work with a huge variety of languages, but our passion lies with using Ruby or JavaScript for our solutions. However, if there are internal constraints on the languages that are required, we can be flexible.
We provide an array of software solutions for project management, specifically when strict EVMS compliance requirements are enforced. This includes implementing standard Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) project management tools such as Oracle Primavera P6, and Deltek Cobra. However, what sets us apart is the additional solutions that we provide that enable integration and efficiencies within the project management lifecycle. A few examples of some of the solutions that we have provided include baseline change management, earned value management, staffing plan management, risk management, and WBS dictionary management. Project controls is a very deep subject, we've learned from our experience that it is better to instill best practices directly into the business logic of our solutions as to lower the barrier of entry and enable success and efficiency.
From a business operations perspective, our core team has extensive experience supporting the gamut of disciplines. From our involvement in supporting Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, we quickly learned how to support specialties ranging from manufacturing, maintenance, through procurement and finance. This experience has been invaluable in understanding the efficiencies gained through integration as well as a wide range of business domain exposure. Through our understanding we have been able to quickly develop solutions for our customers that allow for integration with legacy systems for reporting, dashboard, or provide tools to streamline data integration processes.
